We seek here to provide a Biblical approach to spiritual formation and meditation prayer, suitable for all our visitors regardless of experience or background. As you will see, our approach has its origins in our Judaic roots, and has continued to evolve through two millennia of Christian use.
It is therefore, the heritage of every member of the Church.
